Design and build of a suite of HTML marketing email templates for Tisski and DynamicsIT
Tisski were looking for a suite of HTML Marketing Email templates to be created to allow them to send out branded messaging both their existing clients as well as potential new customers. The email templates needed to be branded as Tisski and also DynamicsIT, each with its own email template which featured various sections of content which allowed the email editing team to be able to bespoke each email broadcast they created with unique content. In addition a generic newsletter template was to be created with a more free-form appearance to allow for messaging which did not sit well into the 'branded template' versions.
The email templates were sketched out initially to agree on a layout structure that would provide enough flexibility for a wide variety of content messages to be included. Once the layout sketches were approved, we added the tangibility of branding to the layout sketches to create a set of vibrant and eye-catching email templates. The last stage of the project was to then make up in HTML and inline CSS the email template designs so that they would slot into the in-house email CRM system Tisski operate - the templates were tested in a wide range of email clients to make sure everything rendered in a pixel perfect manner reflecting the email template designs.
