Elegant, stylish and sleek; The new branding and logo design for the great new initiative Rock the Cotswolds
Rock the Cotswolds is a great new initiative, championed by Oli Christie, to recognise and promote the wide range of talented and fantastic, cool and unique people, bars, hotels and businesses based in the Cotswolds. jonwallacedesign were commissioned by the Rock the Cotswolds team to create the new brand identity, which would primarily be used on their new website, also commissioned from jonwallacedesign - digital design studio.
jonwallacedesign - digital design studio designed a simple and sleek logo, which sets a sophisticated visual tone for all Rock the Cotswolds branded materials. The typeface is elegant and light, using graded tones of white to mark out the logo's different textual elements. Based out of black, the logo works perfectly as the foundation element for the new website jonwallacedesign - digital design studio also designed and created.
The website was always going to be the centre piece of the Rock the Cotswolds campaign and having worked with Jon on the Neon Play website, I knew he was the right man for the job. And the end result is bang on brief. A simple and clean site that enables the imagery to be the star of the show. It’s easy to navigate, simple to update ourselves and we’ve had some incredibly positive feedback. We’re very proud of the site and over 130 pages of content. Thank you Jon!
