Brief:

We launched a light-weight version of jonwallacedesign.com in mid 2009 but were never entirely satisfied with it... The previous version was using the original 2009 jonwallacedesign branding and was targeted at smart phones with screens set to 240px wide... We needed a new version which would help realise the jonwallacedesign - digital design studio proposition and stand out from the crowd.

Solution:

In the current climate we felt that we should be being bolder and setting new standards and so updated the jonwallacedesign - digital design studio mobile site to feature a gorgeous new UI, utilising the latest CSS3 treats the Safari browser gives us to create a rich but still lightweight, in your pocket version of jonwallacedesign.com. The mobile site allows the user to understand the jonwallacedesign brand and get an overview of what the studio is all about; Core content is still kept on the desktop version of the site as we have ensured that the user always digests the content in the correct environment. Dive in and have an explore - best to view it on your iPhone!
