Brief

United Lions is a new breed of Sports Agency with pride and passion at its heart. The newly formed agency needed a new website to promote the business and inform interested clients about how they might be able to help with their sports management needs. United Lions came to jonwallacedesign – digital design studio with a fresh new logo and a blank canvas for the website; they called upon both our design & development skills as well as our content planning and information architecture skills to ensure the new site did everything they needed.

Solution

The first stages of the website were to work with the team at United Lions to plan how the new site would work, the look & feel and the kind of content that would be required; we also needed to determine to what level United Lions would require content management capabilities and how editing and updating the site would work best for them. Once the bespoke CMS solution had been agreed along with a comprehensive set of wireframes we moved into the design phase; taking the newly created logo, we produced a suite of designed pages, which brought colour, typography and texture to the wireframed versions. The website is bold and modern, featuring very strong messages about the services provided by the team at United Lions, some beautifully designed elements, and plenty of gorgeous typography – a real visual treat!
