Guildford based luxury estate agents Pinks Properties wanted a new website to help better reflect the premium service they offer their clients. Pinks Properties are a very traditional family business, something they were very keen to ensure shone through in the new website designs. The site had to balance the background/heritage side of the business, as well as promoting the wide range of luxury properties Pinks have for sale or rent.

Solution

Working alongside the Digital Parent Company, jonwallacedesign – digital design studio took the unique Pinks Properties branding and designed out a range of key pages from the supplied information architecture. The website designs feature high impact Pinks Properties’ branded areas, sitting alongside the usual features you would expect from an estate agency website; when combined these elements create a unique and compelling site enabling users to a) learn more about the Pinks Properties’ heritage and b) browse the great range of properties available.
