Brief

As web technologies continue to push on, with the advances such as CSS3 / jQuery ad HTML5, we at jonwallacedesign – digital design studio wanted to set ourselves a little project through which we could explore and implement some of the very latest website development methods and tricks… What better way to show you all what we can do, than to create a new marketing website which advertises some of the very latest website projects we have delivered… Are you ready to let jonwallacedesign.it ?

Solution

The initial stage of this self-initiated project was to design out a single long page featuring the various component parts we wanted to communicate. It proved a tricky task to keep the content concise, as we had so much to say! We lovingly pushed pixels around in the design phase for weeks on end, ensuring that everything was absolutely perfectly placed and carefully crafted. Once we were happy (well more than happy!) with the designwork, building out the site utilising the latest elements of CSS3 and jQuery provided a great excuse to try out new techniques and learn new development practices. The end result is a very modern, classy and gorgeous single page website that helps sum-up our website design and development services.
