Jon Wallace has been working in the digital design space since he was 18 years old. Jon studied Multimedia at Bath University, learning the then tools of the trade. Since those early days of the digital revolution, Jon has stayed right up to date with the latest developments and continually strives to ensure that each piece of design work sets an even higher standard... Jon has over 10 years experience of working with top UK agencies and also worldwide client side organisations, with most recent jobs at the massively decorated glue London (www.gluelondon.com), as a Senior Designer and also Adobe (www.adobe.com), as the Design Lead for Mobile across Europe. Having had experiences of working with and leading both very small and very large teams, Jon can deliver against the tightest of brief with outstanding results. Jon has been well known in the design industry as dubbs (www.dubbs.org.uk) for quite some time now, and has, and always will have a real zest for stunning design work. Mixing his design skills with his desire to work for his own company has resulted in the launch of jonwallacedesign - digital design studio. » Karen Le Marquand

After studying Graphic Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome, Karen worked as a designer before moving into project and account management for design and multimedia projects, becoming head of client accounts for Deepend in Rome, taking care of clients across Europe. Whilst in Italy, Karen developed a cartoon series for children with Italian TV, based on her own illustrations, which has aired across Europe on Cartoon Network and other channels. Since moving back to the UK she has worked as an account director for leading agencies such as Syzygy and OgilvyOne, managing project teams working across a wide range of industries, from automotive, to financial services, entertainment and the charity sector. More recently Karen has been working directly with her own clients, managing major websites from concept stage through to delivery, whilst still finding time to produce design work where required. With her background in design, her attention to detail and her wide range of industry experience, Karen will always ensure our clients are well looked after and their objectives are met.
